Employee Contribution Policy
If you choose to participate in an insurance plan, you are responsible for the cost of the plan you select.
Talent4Health contributes toward the premium for the lowest-cost, self-only plan that meets the minimum value requirement, subject to the applicable rate-of-pay safe-harbor affordability requirements.
Under the current policy, the employee contribution does not exceed 9.96% of monthly income, based on the rate-of-pay safe harbor.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Once you are hired as a full-time employee, you become eligible for insurance benefits. You have 30 days from your start date to enroll in your available insurance plans.
If you do not enroll within this 30-day window, you may generally enroll during the next open enrollment period or if you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage or the birth of a child.
401(k) Retirement Plan
A 401(k) retirement plan is available once an employee begins an assignment with Talent4Health.

Commuter Benefit
A commuter benefits program is available through HealthEquity once an employee begins an assignment.
The program is designed to help employees manage eligible work-related transportation expenses.
